Element Jewelry warranties all jewelry products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase for Fine Jewelry. Fine jewelry is defined as items composed of .925 Silver, 14k or 18k Gold, Diamonds and/or Gemstones.
During this warranty period, if a defect arises and you follow the instructions for returning the product, Element will either replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced; or refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. Element shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Element. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever period is longer. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Element’s property.
Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to products sold by Element Jewelry. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-Element cleaning products. Do not expose your Element Jewelry products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your product.
